What is free, what is paid

The Cyber Academy is free: all 21 chapters of Cyber A to Z and every level of the Cyber Quiz, with a free KrakenShield account (confirmed email address). Only certifications are paid in Kredits: Cybersecurity Awareness certification training, 1 Kredit per person, with 6 months to complete the 12 modules and take the exam (a company campaign is charged by number of learners); the Cybersecurity Associate certification, 2 Kredits per exam attempt, passed or not. Every cost is shown before you confirm; viewing this page spends nothing.

Why train

Awareness is no longer optional

People remain the main way in: phishing is the number one threat reported in France. And regulations now require regular training that you must be able to prove.

NIS2

From campaign to proof, in four steps

    Create a campaign

    Name, language, deadline and pass mark (80% by default), from your console.

    Invite your staff

    Paste a list or import a CSV. Everyone gets a personal link: no account, no password to create.

  3. 3

    They learn and take the exam

    12 modules at their own pace, then 20 random questions marked by the server. Three attempts.

  4. 4

    Export the proof

    Dashboard, reminders, CSV export and a named PDF report. Every certificate can be verified online by QR code.

Proof that stands up to an auditor

  • A named, numbered awareness certificate, valid for 12 months.
  • Public verification by QR code: valid, expired or revoked, without exposing the email or the score.
  • A “proof of awareness training” PDF report listing the frameworks covered.
  • Server-side marking: the right answers never leave our servers before the exam ends.

Respecting employees and the GDPR

Minimal data (name, work email, department, results), hosted in the European Union. KrakenShield acts as the employer’s processor. The console recalls good practice: inform employees beforehand, consult staff representatives if results are used for appraisal, and use results to train, not to punish.
